American Solutions for Business (ASB), Glennwood, Minn., announced the acquisition of Peter Kleine Company, Litiz, Pa. Financial details of the acquisition were not released.
The Peter Kleine Company team is made up of approximately 12 employees, and will continue to do business from its 36,000 square foot headquarters, while maintaining its identity as Peter Kleine Company, a division of American Solutions for Business.
Eric Sheron and Michael Tornvall, partners in ASB’s King of Prussia, Pa., location, will manage the operations for the business center. Peter Kleine, the former owner, will remain with the company and play an active role in driving future direction, along with Sheron and Tornvall.
