American Solutions for Business (ASB), Glenwood, Minn., announced its board of directors approved two promotions last week.
Justin Zavadil has been named executive vice president while Katie Hallstrom will serve as executive director.
Zavadil will work with the senior leadership team’s officers and departments to improve home office processes and systems. The graduate of the University of Minnesota worked as a sales associate, vendor relations manager and sales resource group lead. He resides with his wife, Alisha and 8-month-old daughter in Glenwood, Minn.
Hallstrom will lead the human resource department and associated team in her new role. A Southwest State University graduate with a business management degree, she has been with ASB since 2011. With more than 30 years in human resources in health care, manufacturing and an employment staffing firm, Hallstrom previously co-managed the human resource team. Hallstrom and her husband, Phil, live in Alexandria, Minn.
Both Zavadil and Hallstrom will serve on the company’s senior leadership team and meet with the board of directors as needed.
