Philadelphia Area Promotional Products Association (PAPPA) awarded Philadelphia-based supplier Bodek and Rhodes its Supplier of the Year honor at its annual Liberty Awards last month.
“We are honored and proud that the distributor members in our home base have that confidence in us,” Marc Held, Bodek and Rhodes’ national sales director and immediate past president of PAPPA, said. “The Supplier of the Year award is a wonderful honor, and a tribute to the almost 500 team members who are listening and catering to our clients daily.”
Bodek and Rhodes also earned Technology Company of the Year while its inside sales representative Michael Farrell won Customer Service Rep of the Year.
“This win solidifies the aggressive efforts our growing technology team has made in supporting our clients with technology advances, such as our Apparel Design Studio, the first do-it-yourself syndicated design tool in the market,” Rich Carter, Bodek and Rhodes’ Web services creative director, said.
“We are especially thrilled our members singled out Michael Farrell for the Customer Service Rep of the Year,” Held added. “He knocks himself out for his clients. You can just hear the smiling can-do attitude in his voice on every call.”
