Trevose, Pennsylvania-based BroderBros. Co. announced the company’s Total Team Guarantee program, that includes a price-match guarantee, an order fulfillment and packing guarantee, and an in-stock guarantee for its Alpha, Broder and NES divisions.
The price-match guarantee applies to all products carried by Alpha, Broder and NES. BroderBros. It will match the lowest advertised price on a style that is currently in stock at any one of its competitors within the region.
“Our price-match guarantee reinforces our commitment to our customers,” said Tom Myers, CEO at BroderBros. “Especially in today’s challenging economy, we want to make ordering quick and easy for our customers and assure them that we will not be undersold.”
The Total Team Guarantee also includes an order fulfillment and packing guarantee. The company guarantees to pick and pack all orders with 100 percent accuracy to what the ticket states. If a customer does happen to find an error in his or her order, that customer will receive a $25 credit.
The in-stock guarantee applies to some of the company’s top-selling Gildan products—the G200, G500 and G800 in select colors. If the company is out of stock on any of these items, the customer will receive a 5 percent-off coupon that can be used on any order valid the next day.
