Charles River Apparel, Sharon, Mass., has welcomed Alice Lau-King as its vice president of supply chain. Lau-King joins Charles River Apparel with more than 20 years of experience in the apparel industry. She will be responsible for leading design, production, quality and compliance to ensure continued excellence in product quality and styling, while helping to support business growth, customer satisfaction and retention. She is an accomplished creative, strategic leader with extensive knowledge of global process alignment and control, resource prioritization, strategic relationship building, and strategy design and delivery.

Her business background spans global privately owned, Fortune 500, and publicly traded consumer goods companies, such as New Balance, Polo/Ralph Lauren, Reebok and the adidas Group. Lau-King will report directly to COO Bruce Barnet and will be a key member of the company’s senior leadership team. She will be based at Charles River Apparel’s headquarters in Sharon beginning Feb. 1, 2021.
