commonsku, a promotional products business and sales software, opened registration for commonsku Sessions at Home, a virtual conference dedicated to thriving in sales.
The virtual experience will be held on Thursday, Oct. 8, from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. EST, and features a lineup of maverick thinkers who are reimagining the role of selling in the new world of work, including:
• Mike Michalowicz, author of “The Pumpkin Plan, Profit First, Surge,” and one whom Simon Sinek deemed “…the top contender for the patron saint of entrepreneurs,” will speak on the topic “Better is Not Better; Different is Better.”
• Daryll Griffin, president of Accolades Inc., and 2019 recipient of the PPAI Woman of Achievement Award and the PPAI H. Ted Olson Humanitarian Award, will be sharing the “3 Timeless Sales Secrets to Help You Thrive Through Any Season.”
• Danny Rosin, co-owner of Brand Fuel, co-founder of PromoKitchen and a PPAI executive board member, will share “Promo Sales 3.0—The New Revolution.”
• Catherine Graham, CEO of commonsku, will share insights from new research on “The New Frontier of Selling: How Chaos Creates a Golden Opportunity for Promo.”
The conference also will host a new “Net+working” experience for all attendees. Net+working is a one-to-one, rapid-fire meet-and-greet where attendees will take what they learn from the afternoon’s teaching and put the tactics into practice right away, all in a safe, encouraging environment of peers that will coach each other on how to improve.
“In 2019, we created a four-city tour of LA, NYC, Chicago and Dallas, and shared with max-capacity crowds in each market that we were not interested in helping distributors steal more revenue from each other—rather, we wanted to challenge them to think bigger,” said Mark Graham, president and chief brand officer for commonsku. “The conference was such a help to salespeople that we’re proud to now take this tour worldwide by bringing it straight to you in the comfort of your home.”
“Sales growth is a passion that should never stop,” said Catherine Graham. ”And sales, as we have known it, is dramatically changing, and yet with volatility comes opportunity—this conference is also about exploring and maximizing this unique opportunity we have in today’s environment. Anyone who works with clients in any capacity (owners, managers, marketing and sales) will benefit greatly from this conference.”
The event is sponsored by alphabroder, and each attendee who registers by Sept. 15 will get to choose a limited edition, “Sessions at Home” Champion hooded sweatshirt through the commonsku shop. It’s a uniquely crafted collaboration with commonsku and alphabroder. You can learn more or register here.
