Crystal D, the awards supplier located in St. Paul, Minn., today announced the acquisition of supplier Crystal Impressions of Las Vegas. The acquisition is effective as of June 2, and Crystal Impressions will be relocated to the Crystal D headquarters at 505 Atwater Circle, St. Paul, Minn. later in the month. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“This acquisition is a strategic decision, focused on growing our business portfolio and offering more options to our customers in the crystal award and gift market,” said Chuck Dahlgren, president of Crystal D. “Adding the full range of sub-surface imprint processes and capabilities positions Crystal D to better serve the market. We are fortunate to acquire this high-quality company.”
Christopher Robbins, executive vice president, and Allison Robbins, vice president of sales and marketing for Crystal Impressions, will continue to operate the line, which will maintain its own brand identity as part of Crystal D. “We truly believe that this acquisition will give our customers and Crystal D’s customers a diverse product offering that is unavailable anywhere else in the crystal award and gift industry,” Christopher Robbins said. “The future of Crystal Impressions is unlimited now that we have aligned with Crystal D. The Crystal Impressions product offering and production process will remain unchanged, and our customers can expect the same level of service and quality that they are accustomed to.”
Crystal Impressions’ production facility will be relocating to St. Paul, Minn. in early June; orders will be processed as usual without interruptions. Christopher Robbins, Allison Robbins, and Jessica Ellis will be relocating to Minnesota and will continue to service Crystal Impressions’ customers.
