Crystal D Announces Two New Hires and Two Promotions

St. Paul, Minnesota-based Crystal D announced the hiring of two new employees in the business development and customer service departments, as well as two promotions of current employees.

Vivian Roff was hired as an order manager. Roff is responsible for assisting customer service as they help promotional product consultants through orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Danielle McDowell was hired as an awards advisor account manager in charge of the east and west regions. McDowell will support two awards advisor territory managers as they aid the development of promotional product consultant award and recognition sales.

Bridget Dahlgren was promoted to marketing manager. Dahlgren is responsible for the development of the Crystal D brand, ensuring effective communication of external and internal marketing plans and researching the company’s opportunities within the market. Dahlgren is also responsible for the development of marketing department staff.

Joey Stupak was promoted to art lead. Stupak is responsible for ensuring work flows evenly and accurately through the art department. Stupak’s other responsibilities include effectively identifying and eliminating potential problems related to artwork production and support of improving processes, systems and techniques.
