Crystal D President Chuck Dahlgren Elected Board Member of Recognition Council for Incentive Marketing Association

Chuck Dahlgren, president of Crystal D, St. Paul, Minn., was elected on Dec. 7 as a board member on the Recognition Council for the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA).

Dahlgren will serve on this committee for two years. He is a Certified Recognition Professional (CRP) and will sit alongside other prominent members of the recognition industry to offer his expertise, guidance and experience.

The Recognition Council is a strategic industry group within IMA, formed to provide an awareness of how recognition and rewards are part of an effective strategy for achieving better business performance. The council’s focus is to educate and promote the benefits of recognition and rewards to the worldwide business community.

Dahlgren is honored to be part of an organization that believes in employee recognition as much as he does. Said Dahlgren, “Today we are faced with the challenge of a down-economy. Organizations can use this to rationalize an increase in turnover and lack of employee motivation or they can find solutions. One of those solutions is employee recognition.” Dahlgren continued, “I know that employee recognition can have a huge impact on the recipient and an organization. I look forward to helping organizations throughout the world learn about the power of recognition and become more successful.”
