Stahls’ (asi/88984), the St. Clair Shores, MI-based supplier of heat-printing technology and heat transfers, has launched Flexbroidery, a heat-applied solution for a full-color direct embroidered finish, without the need for sewing.
Flexbroidery eliminates the complexity of traditional embroidery, featuring fast and easy heat application that streamlines production and boosts output, according to Stahls’.
An alternative to authentic embroidery, Flexbroidery can help overcome limitations of conventional stitching, such as delicate fabrics, difficult placements and digitizing needs, Stahls’ said. An addition to the trending dimensional emblem and patch offering, Flexbroidery can be ordered as heat-applied transfers for apparel, bags, hats, outerwear and accessories. Pressure-sensitive adhesive is also available for tumblers, mugs, water bottles and other hard goods.
Stickers International Adds Metallic Styles
Stickers International, a division of Counselor Top 40 supplier World Emblem (asi/98264), offers shiny, reflective metallic stickers to help increase engagement, enhance perceived value or capture people’s attention. Decorators and distributors can choose from silver or gold brushed metallic options featuring a glossy finish.
Durable, custom, full-color stickers are nonyellowing and have a strong adhesive backing that can be applied to any clean, dry, flat surface, including metal, wood, glass and plastic. They’re water- and tear-resistant and come on a sheet, not a roll.
Metallic stickers can be used for product labeling, packaging, giveaway items for grand openings and events or signage for doors, walls and windows. They’re also useful for branding or personalizing a range of promotional products, including water bottles, coolers, portfolios and lunchboxes.
There are no setup or design fees, and Stickers International offers a free online designer to walk users through the creation process.
Ninja Transfers Launches 30-Foot Gang Sheet
Philadelphia-based Ninja Transfers (asi/73060) has introduced 30-foot gang sheets, which the company said enhances efficiency and flexibility in direct-to-film (DTF) production.
Gang sheets have long been a preferred method for decorators and distributors looking to maximize transfer output by combining multiple designs onto a single sheet. Ninja Transfers said the 30-foot gang sheet dramatically expands the possibilities for its customers, allowing them to save time, save money per square inch, produce larger quantities of designs, reduce material waste and streamline their ordering and production process.
“Ninja Transfers has always tried to make it easier for our DTF customers, especially within the custom industry,” said Victor Ilisco, director of business development at Ninja Transfers. “By offering 30-foot gang sheets, we’re giving our customers quite a few small benefits that add up in their process and profits.”
