Francia has been with the company since 1998, starting as an administrative assistant. She moved to Digispec’s customer service department in 2002 and became customer service supervisor in 2007. As a Visstun and Digispec sales manager, she will facilitate sales goals and objective achievement by training, guiding, mentoring and generally overseeing the sales team.

Hall was hired as a customer service representative in 2004. She was promoted to customer service supervisor in November of 2010. As a customer service supervisor, Hall is managing the customer service representatives which have a responsibility of ensuring order quality and meeting ship dates.

Crumpler was originally hired as a customer service representative in 2004. She joined the Visstun sales team as a sales counselor in 2007 and moved to sales management in 2009. Upon graduating with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, Crumpler has been promoted to marketing manager. As marketing manager, she is responsible for marketing programs and initiatives developed to drive sales growth, including creating strategic marketing plans, managing project schedules, maintaining marketing materials and overseeing online media.

“It’s always great to be able to move people up within an organization,” said Ed Hamilton, president. “These three individuals have customer service experience and knowledge of our product lines which make them an excellent fit in their new positions.”
