Dunbrooke Apparel, Independence, Mo., today announced it has been sold to a private investment group lead by two of its current senior managers. The sale is part of a two-year strategic business plan set forth by both Dunbrooke’s former ownership group and the new ownership group.
Larry Ramirez and Matt Gray, two current senior managers at Dunbrooke, will continue to lead the company as CEO and COO, respectively.
Dunbrooke has launched several new strategic partnerships within the past year including agreements with Alstyle Apparel, Reebok and Onfield Apparel, a division of adidas/Reebok licensing.
Jay Jones, current CFO, will continue to be a part of the senior management team; Dave Hausen, former president, will remain with the company as a key advisor; Bob Pierce, former vice president, will pursue opportunities in the promotional products industry as a freelance writer and marketing consultant.
