Expert Brand, Vernon, Calif., has announced the launch of its One Order, One Shipment, One Invoice (OSI) program, which offers printed performance shirts in one set-up. Customers can place an order by including their selected style numbers and colors, and uploading their desired artwork, and they will receive complimentary shipments within seven to 14 days.
When using traditional printing on cotton and poly/cotton fabrics with high temperatures, there’s a potential for shrinkage, bleeding, pilling or a lack of performance attributes where the decoration is located. By using eco-friendly inks with Oeko-tex 100-certified printing methods and technology, Expert Brand can uphold the integrity of the shirt, while maintaining the performance attributes of the fabrics, such as permanent moisture wicking, antimicrobials, breathability and wrinkle resistance.

Expert Brand’s most popular and proprietary hybrid standard print ink, called SubLike, not only prints on performance apparel, but it has a soft hand (with no or little feel) and works on all chosen colors. Other available inks include:
- Sponge-like, which offers a raised, puffy feel to elevate logos and images
- Reflective, which offers a light bounce-back effect for safety precaution
- Illuminate, which provides a reversible color change in the presence of sunlight and UV light
- Exposed, which takes the decoration from white to transparent (when wet) to reveal a message
