Goldstar’s global general manager, Howard Cubberly, announced leadership changes and continued expansion of the San Diego-based company into a global supplier brand.

Kenny Ved named director of global sales
A seasoned and highly experienced leader within the industry, Kenny Ved has been promoted to the role of director of global sales, assuming responsibility for all Goldstar sales teams worldwide.
“I am extremely excited for the future of Goldstar, working with our talented and diverse global teams, and continuing the journey to be the global leader in writing instruments, drinkware and bags,” Ved said. “The future holds tremendous growth opportunities for both our team members and distributor partners. Parker Melvin appointed as North America sales manager
A leader within Goldstar since 2017, former Midwest regional sales manager Parker Melvin has now assumed the role of North America sales manager, focusing on elevating Goldstar sales in the U.S. and Canada.
“I am privileged to be a part of a tremendously talented sales team at Goldstar, and I am excited to serve and support them in my new role,” Melvin said. “Our success is measured purely by the success of our distributor partners, and there is nothing we love more than helping them grow.”
Colin Loughran appointed as global director of operations and merchandising
A key leader within Goldstar’s European operation since he joined the team in 2013, Colin Loughran has now assumed the role of global director of operations and merchandising. The scope of this new strategic role will encompass global merchandising, compliance, logistics, operations, systems and technology, and customer care.
“I’m looking forward to collaborating with the many talented teams across Goldstar to drive product innovation, and elevate the level of service we provide to our customers and partners at a global level,” Loughran said. “These are exciting times for Goldstar!”
