In a letter mailed to distributors this week, Hallmark Business Connections announced it will be leaving the promotional products industry effective January 31, 2011.
“All communication channels dedicated to promotional products will be inactivated at that time,” the statement said. “This includes toll-free number, e-mail, distributor website and fax number.”
Hallmark Business Connections is the promotional products branch of Hallmark Cards. The company did not respond to a request for comment at the time of print.
