Employees of a Hallmark Cards distribution facility in St. Joseph, [Mo.] may need their own sympathetic salutations next year.
Hallmark spokeswoman Julie O’Dell confirmed that the retail distribution center operated on behalf of the Kansas City-based greeting card giant will begin a phase-out in January. New Breed Logistics of High Point, N.C., has been handling distribution for Hallmark at the center since it opened in 2007.
