HALO Branded Solutions, Sterling, Ill., has acquired distributor Chesapeake Business Solutions, Hanover, Md. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Neil [Van Malderghem, Chesapeake’s founder and president,] and his team have built a great business and will help us expand our footprint in an important market with blue-chip clients,” Dale Limes, HALO’s senior vice president of sales, said. “We are pleased to reward them for their efforts, and I am confident they will continue to grow with HALO’s technology, marketing and client support structure.”
Chesapeake’s sales team and key administrative staff will join HALO while HALO’s Baltimore-based account executives will move to Chesapeake’s office.
