HALO Branded Solutions, Sterling, Ill., announced the acquisition of Axis Promotions, the distributor based in New York City. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Axis Promotions ranked No. 30 on our 2019 Top Distributors list with $53.7 million in 2018 promotional products revenue. HALO ranked No. 2 with $605 million in revenue. Together, the combined companies would still have trailed top-earning distributor 4imprint, but the acquisition brings HALO within $57 million of the top spot.
