HALO Branded Solutions, Sterling, Ill., announced this morning that it has acquired Boost Promotional Branding, Richmond, Va. It’s HALO’s third acquisition within the last six months, with the company acquiring Sunrise Identity in August and Chamberlain Marketing Group in September.
“Jeff [Hall, president of Boost] and Teki Hall have built a successful business by focusing on creativity and client innovation,” Marc Simon, CEO of HALO, said in a press release. “HALO will provide Boost with additional resources to continue their impressive growth. We are thrilled to have the Boost team join HALO.”
“Teki and I have come to know and respect Marc and the HALO team very well over the years,” Jeff Hall said. “We were drawn to them by their integrity and complete focus on positive client outcomes. Culturally, it was a perfect fit. Under the HALO umbrella, we can now offer our clients expanded services and better long-term support. We’re incredibly excited about what this means to our associates and clients. I look forward to continuing to support the Boost team for many years.”
Boost will maintain its sales office in Richmond, as well as two others in Birmingham, Ala., and Nashville, Tenn. Its administrative and supportive operations will transition to HALO’s headquarters in Sterling.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
