HALO Branded Solutions, Sterling, Ill., recently added Sean Radford to the newly-created position of executive vice president and chief human resource officer. Radford comes to HALO with extensive business and human resource experience, serving most recently as senior vice president of organizational effectiveness and transformation at CNA insurance, a multi-billion-dollar global leader in the insurance industry.
Radford will report directly to HALO CEO Marc Simon.
