While there was much mayhem surrounding eclipse glasses, one eclipse-themed product experiencing its day in the sun (get it?) is these adorable newborn eclipse T-shirts.
According to WSMV Nashville, the Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital decided to take advantage of the cosmic event to gift newborn babies commemorative T-shirts to celebrate their very special birthdays.
The T-shirts read “Baby’s First Eclipse,” and some newborns even got to sport their first eclipse glasses. Although, those glasses definitely don’t look like they meet NASA safety standards.
The event marked the first time Nashville was able to see a total solar eclipse in 500 years, so these newborn babies should feel truly special.
