Hub Pen Company, Braintree, Mass., announced that Danica Ford has joined Hub Pen Company’s sales team as business development associate.

Ford comes to Hub Pen Company with more than seven years of sales experience as a merchandising lead for a popular clothing retailer, where she was also responsible for managing inventory. She also worked as assistant manager at an entertainment and party venue, working closely with customers through all phases of events.

She is already familiar with Hub Pen Company, as her mother is customer service manager Chris Ford.

“I’m sure my experiences with sales and customer service will help drive me to reach out to new and potential Hub Pen distributors,” Ford said. “I love the fact that Hub is still family managed. There’s a family-like feeling among the employees. They really are all about the customers.”

“Danica has extensive customer service savvy from her experience in the retail environment,” said Lisa Fosdick, director of sales for Hub Pen Company. “She is fantastic at delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. We are lucky to have her on the team, combining retail know-how with the promotional product expertise at Hub.”
