HUB Promotional Group’s Hub Pen Company, Braintree, Mass., announced the hiring of junior buyer Joe Tessier. In this role, Tessier will help process purchase orders for both production and non-production supplies. He also will help to coordinate on-time delivery of product, aiding in maintaining stock levels for customer orders.
Born and raised in Pembroke, Mass., Tessier came to work at Hub Pen Company four years ago, working nights in the quality control department while attending Charlton College of Business for Supply Chain Management. He also assisted the Hub IT department with a number of projects managing customer records and integrating data.
“I really enjoy the project management side of what I’ve learned in school and also implemented at Hub,” said Tessier. “I enjoy seeing how to get the job done while saving the company and its customers the most amount of money, and I’m excited to put what I’ve learned into practice.”
