Michael Young, CDC, estimator for The Flesh Company, passed away from a heart attack on August 25 in Parsons, Kan. Young had been an employee of the company for nearly 36 years, starting in the plate department before moving into sales. He had earned his CFC and CDC accreditations serving as one of the company’s key document developers.
Young was dedicated to his job and one could count the days he called in sick in 36 years on one hand. He enjoyed woodworking, cooking, cycling and craft brewing. Young leaves one daughter, Emily, who lives in Southeast Kansas.
