iPROMOTEu, Wayland, Mass., has announced the hiring of Greg Stott as its Chief Financial Officer. The selection of Stott as CFO follows the organization’s private equity investment in late 2018.
“Since last fall, our financial reporting requirements have intensified considerably,” said iPROMOTEu president and CEO Ross Silverstein. “Our team did a fantastic job handling this responsibility in the interim, and in Greg we now have a permanent CFO to take the financial lead on our long-term growth strategy.”
Stott brings more than 30 years of experience in professional management services, accounting, SaaS, real estate technology and other industries. In particular, Stott has experience working with organizations backed by private equity. Prior to joining iPROMOTEu, Stott served in several financial leadership roles at major nationwide organizations, including Erecruit, Trimble, SpaceClaim and others. Stott started his career and obtained his CPA license at Ernst & Young.
As CFO, Stott will be responsible for several iPROMOTEu departments and teams, including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, Affiliate payroll and invoicing. A Massachusetts native, he received a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and management from Bentley University and a Masters of Business Administration from Nichols College.
“I’m thrilled to be part of the iPROMOTEu team,” Stott said. “The company is a model not just for growth overall, but also for focusing on what leads to growth. Being an organization focused on its distributor affiliates has allowed iPROMOTEu to achieve significant milestones over the past 20 years, and I’m excited to be able to contribute to and support its momentum going forward.”
