iPROMOTEu Donates Funds to 36 Charities

iPROMOTEu, Wayland, Mass., recently concluded its 2015 staff-wide charitable donation drive. On behalf of 48 employees, iPROMOTEu contributed $2,400 to 36 different charitable organizations, including: American Diabetes Association, Alzheimer’s Association, Autism Speaks, Cradles to Crayons, Greater Boston Food Bank, Huntington’s Disease Society of America, Jimmy Fund/Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Make-A-Wish Foundation, One Fund Boston, and Wounded Warrior Project.
Rather than select a single charity for the company to support, iPROMOTEu chose to support those charitable organizations that are meaningful to its staff. “Even though legitimate charitable organizations are all worthy of financial support, I didn’t want to select a single charity that may or may not resonate with our staff,” said Ross Silverstein, president and CEO of iPROMOTEu. “Rather, I wanted to give our staff a voice and an opportunity to decide where the company’s financial support should be directed. It was gratifying to have so many employees participate and to learn of those organizations that are meaningful to them.”
This was the first year iPROMOTEu made this program available to its employees. The company looks forward to supporting the charities favored by its staff in future years as well—with greater participation and increased donations.
