Koozie Group, Clearwater, FL, has successfully integrated IMAGEN Brands under the Koozie Group name. In October, the company announced that it would be fully combining the operations of the two organizations in 2024 to bring customers and enhanced experience. Koozie Group acquired IMAGEN Brands in 2020, and the two had been operating as standalone businesses.
All IMAGEN Brands products are now fully configurable and order able on kooziegroup.com, and Koozie Group website features are functioning for these items, including the ability to track orders placed after March 4 using the award-winning Koozie Group Tracker. Customers can filter searches to find previous IMAGEN Brands items, and an icon has been added to these product pages. With this transition, products previously available through IMAGEN Brands can also be sold in Canada.

Since the announcement in October, Koozie Group has unveiled many of the customer benefits that this integration brings, including a combined service and sales support team, an enhanced website experience, a growing number of items available on free 24-Hour Service and two-day standard production, and an expanded product assortment that includes more items with full-color decoration. The company has also introduced a long list of free services that make it easier to do business with Koozie Group.
