Pittsburgh-based Leed’s has extended the hours of its SureShip express-order program. Orders placed as late as 12:00 a.m. (EST) will be shipped the next day at no additional charge. All of Leed’s products qualify for the program, as do 90 percent of its decorating methods, with few restrictions on artwork.
In 2005, Leed’s made its customer service department available 24 hours. Now, with the fastest turnaround time and least restrictions, the company provides a service combination to meet distributors’ every need.
In related news, Los Angeles, California-based LogoCleanUp.com, a company specializing in domestic originated vector art services, offers same-night art services to distributors needing to provide electronic art to Leed’s for its expanded SureShip program.
Already a large supplier of artwork for distributors using Leed’s SureShip program, LogoCleanUp.com has now extended its same day/night service to accommodate the new later deadline at Leed’s. Distributor clients ordering art services from LogoCleanUp.com before 6:00 p.m. (EST) and identifying the job for Leed’s SureShip, will receive their fully vectored files in time for the midnight (EST) deadline.
