The Magnet Group, Washington, Mo., announced the promotion of Tricia Piontek to senior vice president and general manager of The Magnet Group Brands.
Piontek was hired in 2001 as a customer service representative, and has held a variety of customer-focused positions over the last 16 years. She believes “you should treat everyone as a customer.”
