My Fave 5 Promotions of the Week: Coffee Company Totes, Jim Henson Merch and Toy Cars for Movie Sequels

Hey, guys. Brendan here. Just because Hannah has taken her talents to the Los Angeles Clippers to build a championship-caliber team with Kawhi, it doesn’t mean that we can’t still post some of our favorite promotional items we saw in the wild this week, right?

Right!

So, let’s get down to it.

1. Reanimator Coffee’s Tote Bag

Though I’m not quite the connoisseur of tote bags that Hannah was, I am a coffee guy. And as a frequent drinker of Reanimator coffee and fan of its logo, I like the re-imagining of it for this tote bag.

2. Jim Henson Funko Doll

Come on. This is just adorable. Every Muppets fan should have this on their desk or shelf.

3. Area 51 Bud Light

OK, so I was wrong about the Area 51 raid not happening. It sort of did, but it was kind of more music festival corporate sponsorship event than dangerous raid on military base. And, for that, I’m grateful. I didn’t want anyone to get hurt. (Alien or human alike.) Bud Light put together some cool merch to go with the cans for another event in Las Vegas, anyway.

4. Kansas City Royals Ned Yost T-shirt

The Phillies have decided to shatter my dreams and pull every rug I was ever standing on out from under me this season, so I have to look elsewhere for baseball happiness. This Kansas City Royals T-shirt to commemorate manager Ned Yost will do.

5. ‘Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel’ Toy Car

OK, so this one isn’t actually a “favorite” so much as something I’m totally bewildered by. I’ve never seen this movie, so I might be missing something. But, my man Joey here seems to have hit the nail on the head and pointed out that the children playing with this toy car aren’t begging their parents to see the 2015 sequel to “The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel” starring Dame Judi Dench, Bill Nighy and Maggie Smith. At least it isn’t a spoiler!
