It looks like chocolate lovers could soon be able to indulge in their guilty pleasure without feeling so guilty, now that Nestle announced that it has found a away to reduce sugar in its candy bars by 40 percent without compromising the taste.
According to NPR, Nestle claimed that its scientists have altered the structure of sugar so it dissolves faster. By doing so, it tricks your tongue into tasting more sweetness.
Nestle plans to start using the new sugar in its products in 2018.
