Newton Manufacturing Company has recently announced that Curtis Baugh has been promoted to senior manager of business relations. Baugh has been with Newton since 2012 and has extensive experience in all aspects of brand development, creative design and marketing, with management experience on both the supplier and distributor side of the promotional products industry, with over fifteen years of business ownership experience of an industry-related graphics art company.

Curtis is a graduate of Central College, Pella, Iowa. He has had three gubernatorial appointments to the Iowa Department of Economic Development, Iowa Commission of the Status of African Americans and to the Target Small Business Task Force. Baugh has served as an Executive Board Member of The Gale Sayers Center and has been a member of several local committees and foundations in Pella, Iowa.
