Norwood Expands Executive Team

Norwood Promotional Products, Indianapolis, has announced the promotion of Kelly Rezansoff to the newly created position of vice president of customer relations and Richard Cordaro has joined the company as vice president of pharmaceutical sales, also a newly created position.

According to company personnel, Rezansoff’s position was formulated to “cultivate, implement and measure processes that will create highly responsive customer care throughout Norwood.”

As the executive leader for the front-end teams at the company’s five manufacturing locations, Rezansoff’s primary objective is to achieve Norwood’s mission of delivering a positive distributor experience.

“Customer experience is our number one priority. Given that our customer service teams interact with our distributors the most, it’s imperative they have representation at the executive level,” noted Paul Lage, president. “We’re confident that Kelly’s leadership can generate a consistently outstanding experience for our customers.”

Rezansoff has been with Norwood for 16 years in various customer service, sales and marketing roles. For the past five years, she has served as director of customer relations at the company’s Red Wing, Minn., facility. In that role, Rezansoff managed the front-end operation (customer service, order processing and art) for five of Norwood’s 14 product lines.

Cordaro will partner with distributors to promote Norwood’s custom and existing products suited for the pharmaceutical market. He has more than 22 years of supplier sales experience, most recently with Bic Graphic USA, Clearwater, Fla.
