In the midst of a global pandemic, one thing remains constant: Otter Products, Fort Collins, Colo., will close its doors in all global locations for a day of volunteering—safely in-person and virtually.
In partnership with the OtterCares Foundation, closed2open pauses all Otter Products operations around the world for one day to allow employees to make a difference in their communities by volunteering with local organizations.
While closed2open might look a little different this year with extra safety precautions put in place, Otter Products employees will have opportunities to support causes that are near and dear to each employee’s heart.
In addition to closed2open, Otter Products encourages employees to volunteer year-round by offering 24 hours of volunteer time off each year. In 2020, Otter Product employees were able to find safe and creative ways to help those in need—from making and donating masks to front line workers, to walking dogs to raise money for local animal shelters. In total, Otter Products employees volunteered 9,894 hours in 2020.
Join Otter Products employees around the world April 22 by volunteering with or donating to your favorite local organization to make a positive change in your community.
