Our 5 Favorite Promotional Products of the Week: Green Day’s Coffee Bundles, Whataburger Holiday Merch and More

Halloween is over, which means we are now full steam ahead into the holiday season. We’re kicking things off in this week’s edition of the Fave 5 by featuring a couple of cool, seasonally appropriate promos, including Whataburger holiday merch, subscription coffee bundles packed with branded goodies, and more.

1. Oakland Coffee Holiday Bundles

Oakland Coffee is a coffee subscription company owned by the members of Green Day, the rock band behind one of the most important albums of our formative years. The company just released nine holiday bundles filled with different combinations of coffee and merch, but the coolest item has to be the limited-edition vinyl set. Plus, proceeds from the sales go to a Bay Area food bank.

2. Popeyes’ Second Megan Thee Stallion Merch Line

Popeyes and Megan Thee Stallion teamed up for a signature sauce and a merch collection last month, and they’re back at it again with a second merch drop. This one, dubbed “Animegan,” includes a T-shirt, a hoodie, a tote bag, a bandana and a plush toy, all decked out in anime-inspired artwork from McFlyy, a graphic designer and visual artist.

3. Whataburger 2021 Holiday Merch

At this point, Whataburger is known as much for its merch as it is for its burgers. The Texas institution just unveiled its 2021 holiday merch line, and the crown jewel is this holiday sweater with a whimsical design reminiscent of the “Christmas Vacation” opening credits sequence. What’s more holiday than that?

4. Merci Handy ‘Stranger Things’ Cosmetics

Branded cosmetics are pretty big right now, so it’s only natural that Netflix (fast becoming a major player in merchandise) is getting in on the craze. The streamer teamed up with Merci Handy, a French cosmetics brand, for a line of “Stranger Things” skin-care products featuring ’80s-themed packaging inspired by the show.

5. Atlanta Braves World Series Merch

We’re begrudgingly including this as we acknowledge that, ugh, yes, the Atlanta Braves won the World Series. (It still stings to say it.) The shirt graphic is nice, but the hat design is what really stands out. Enjoy the championship, Atlanta fans. Maybe, one day, the Phillies will be back in the playoffs again.
