Our 5 Favorite Promotional Products of the Week: Lego Adidas Shoes, Dog Pins and More

Hello, noble Promo Marketing readers. How’s everybody feeling? I know how we’re feeling. We’re feeling grateful that the days are still getting one minute longer, gearing up to the most wonderful day of the year, June 21, where we in the Northeast get as close to our Icelandic friends in their seemingly never-ending daylight.

It’s sort of a bittersweet day, because it means every day following will get shorter. There’s probably some profound lesson to be drawn from this, like how without this eternal ebb and flow of daylight, we wouldn’t appreciate early sunrises and late sunsets.

But we’re not here to draw Zen conclusions from the Earth’s orbital periods. We’re here to talk about our five favorite promotional products of the week. So let’s get to it. We’re burning daylight.

1. Gisele Fetterman’s Dog Pin

Gisele Fetterman, wife of Pa. Lt. Gov. John Fetterman, attended an event for legislation that would raise the dog licensing fee, providing money for the Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement, which cracks down on dog owners who do not give their dogs a safe home. The second lady of Pennsylvania (or “SLOP,” as her husband endearingly calls her) showed up with a pin featuring her own pup for the occasion.

2. Metroid Dread Special Edition

Nintendo fans have been waiting for more than a decade for “Metroid Dread.” Now, the game is finally coming out, and fans can celebrate with a special edition that includes a steel case for the game, art book, cards and more.

3. ‘The Shape of Water’ Bubbles

This is a nice subtle way to touch on the movie’s aquatic theme without getting into some of the … more questionable details of the movie.

4. PBR Stickers

We’re not sure why there’s a design of a rat drinking a PBR, but we can’t question his taste. Sometimes a nice cold PBR is just what the doctor ordered.*

*No doctor has ever ordered this, unless you literally mean they ordered it at a bar.

5. Lego Adidas Sneakers

Have you ever stepped on a Lego brick? It hurts worse than almost any pain imaginable. The Adidas sneakers can protect you from an errant brick on the carpet, and you can match your new kicks with a Lego-built version of them, too.
