Distributor Shumsky Promotional, received a Level 1 PCI Data Security Standard (DSS) certification for its Dayton, Ohio headquarters from the PCI Security Standards Council.
To obtain that accreditation—the most rigorous industry-recognized payment-card security standard available globally—Shumsky underwent an audit from an independent Quality Security Assessor (QSA) to ensure it meets the best practices and security controls required to keep credit card data and other sensitive information safe and secure during transmission, processing and storage.
