Philadelphia-based Penn Emblem Co. hired Eric Garced as a new graphic designer. Garced began as an intern and Penn Emblem hired him upon his completion of his bachelor’s degree in fine arts and design at West Chester University. Garced also is a freelance tattoo artist, which brings a new perspective to the team.
