Fairfield, New Jersey-based Points of Light has announced the company hired T. Reagan Holm, CAS, as president/COO and Scott A. Nussinow, MAS, as executive vice president–marketing. They join Ben Goldstein, owner and board chairman, to complete the company’s executive leadership team.
As president/COO, Holm is responsible for the overall organization, operational health and leadership of the company. “My desire is to not only bring the right people and the best resources together but also create a world-class organization,” said Holm. “Building on an already solid team and with the enthusiastic support of owner Ben Goldstein, Points of Light is positioned for dynamic growth and an even deeper commitment to its customers.”
Holm’s previous industry positions include president of Celina, Ohio-based suppliers Visions Awards and Awardcraft, and vice president and general manager of Washington, Missouri-based supplier Hazel Promotional Products. An active industry volunteer, Holm has served on the boards of directors for both Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) and Promotional Products Education Foundation (PPEF).
In his role as executive vice president–marketing, Nussinow is responsible for marketing development, coordination of sales and marketing initiatives, and general management leadership. “Working with Reagan and the Points of Light team provides an opportunity to create a best-in-class supplier company,” said Nussinow. “We are focused on continually enhancing value to the customer and improving the customer experience, and communicating this powerful and mutually profitable message.”
Nussinow’s previous industry positions include vice-president of sales for Irving, Texas-based iSERVCORP (a PPAI subsidiary) and president of Auburn, Maine-based Falcon Promotional Products. Additionally, he has served on numerous boards of directors.
