In conjunction with Customer Service Week, which began Monday, October 7, Prime Line, Bridgeport, Conn., is celebrating its customer care team with daily fun-filled events including a pep rally, carnival-themed games and bingo with real prizes.
In his opening comments to the staff on Monday, Prime Line’s president, Jeff Lederer, said, “Thank you for helping us build a great reputation with distributors. I’m proud of how you work tirelessly on behalf of our customers to deliver superior service, which is the backbone of our company.”
The company recently announced that it has started pre-launching its’ 2014 line, with more than 75 items debuting this fall. Prime’s 2014 pre-launch leans heavily on tech accessories, which are expected to drive the company’s holiday sales along with Leeman New York leather gifts. The company has brought in huge inventories of these items in anticipation of a heavy demand.
