In conjunction with Customer Service Week, which began Monday, Prime Line, Bridgeport, Conn., is celebrating its customer care teams in Bridgeport and at its Jetline facility in Gaffney, S.C., with daily events, including team building activities, games, giveaways and food.
With the customer service team gathered around the customer service board, Margaret Lanese, Prime’s senior manager of customer service, opened the festivities by reading aloud the customer service pledge and acknowledging the company’s quest to provide the ultimate customer experience.
