In response to a year-long surge in activity on its website, Prime Line recently announced that it has made significant improvements to www.primeline.com relating to the overall speed of the site and the search function. The Bridgeport, Connecticut-based company has also embarked on a complete redesign of its website, which is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2013.
“The number of searches on our site has been steadily increasing all year, so we decided to do the upgrade before the holiday selling season kicked into high gear to ensure that distributors would continue to have a good online experience with us,” explained Jeff Lederer, president of Prime Line.
“It’s crucial that our website can provide the answers distributors need without them having to call,” added Lederer. “We significantly sped up our site, enhanced our search function, and added an intuitive idea search where distributors can search by industry or usage.”
