Forget National Relaxation Day. On August 16, in a tiny village in southernmost France, they celebrate Xicolatada: hot chocolate day. And I for one think it’s time we honor the traditions of other countries, which is why I’m drinking Hot Chocolate from Richard’s Gourmet Coffee at 9 a.m. Really.
