Proforma Acquires Hyde Brothers Printing Company

Proforma Third Degree Marketing, Akron, Ohio, and Proforma Excalibur Business Solutions, Massillon, Ohio, teamed up to acquire Hyde Brothers Printing Co., Marietta, Ohio. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Steve Flaughers, owner of Proforma Third Degree Marketing, and Dick Kulick, owner of Proforma Excalibur Business Solutions, completed the acquisition by using Proforma’s Mergers and Acquisitions program, which is designed to help Proforma owners identify, develop and complete merger and acquisition opportunities. The program guided Flaughers and Kulick through the buying process, including structuring the deal and arranging for a personal “Discovery Day” at Proforma’s Support Center for the sellers.
