Dallas-based Safeguard has completed its acquisition of the assets of MHC Associates Inc. (Team MHC), Burnsville, Minn. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Team MHC, an integrated marketing resource provider to North American companies for more than 30 years, has helped companies to streamline and manage digital and traditional marketing materials through Web-based technology.
In addition to Team MHC, Safeguard acquired QFB Inc., Plymouth, Minn., in July. Through these acquisitions, Safeguard now has 11 of the Top 50 Distributors in its network. As a result, Safeguard became the first company in the industry to receive the Dealmaker of the Year from Franchise Times magazine.
