Shumsky Parent Company Acquires Uniform and Apparel Distributor Impact Plus

Boost Engagement, parent company of Shumsky, Dayton, Ohio, announced today it has acquired uniform and apparel distributor Impact Plus, Charlotte, N.C.

We are confident this merger will strengthen our position in the market while providing Impact’s accounts with increased value in areas such as product safety, flexible e-commerce and expertise in custom product development.”

The merge is effective immediately, and will include all of Impact Plus’s service and support for existing customers. Additionally, Impact Plus’s Sergio Serrano will join Boost Engagement as national account executive, supporting the Southeast U.S. region.
