Stran Promotional Solutions, Quincy, Mass., announced the hire of Bob Shea as its new vice president of sales. With more than 20 years of experience in print and promotional sales and sales management, he will be responsible for building out the sales team at Stran and the growth of both the existing account base, as well as new sales growth. Most recently, Shea spent 10 years at Staples driving corporate sales of both the print and promo business.

Additionally, Stran has named Nicholas Mirabile to the role of vice president of business development. With more than 20 years of experience in the promotional products industry, Mirabile will focus on expanding Stran Promotional Solutions’ enterprise accounts.
Mirabile spent more than eight years at Octagon as the vice president of merchandise and licensing, and was most recently the vice president of client engagement at GES Events.
“I have crossed paths with Stran a number of times over my career, and have always been impressed with their ability to develop and deliver programs uniquely designed for each client’s needs,” Mirabile said. “I share their philosophy of being a solution driven organization, and look forward to creating new relationships and designing unique programs to meet the needs of future clients.”
