Sweda Company LLC, City of Industry, Calif., announced that it has reached its 2,500th iStore customer.
“Our goal was to have 2,500 users by the end of March but the service has been so well received that we’ve already surpassed that goal,” said Rich Santos, director of IT for Sweda Company LLC. “It goes to show our iStore, with its real-time capabilities, meets the needs for online solutions that our customers are asking for.”
The Sweda iStore launched on December 15, 2011 and not only allows customers 24/7 access to Order Status, Tracking information, Invoices and Layout Approvals all in real time, but also sends out proactive status emails throughout the order process. Future phases for Sweda iStore are planned for second quarter and will include the ability for distributors to place samples orders online.
