Tim O’Boyle Promoted to President of JournalBooks

Charlotte, North Carolina-based JournalBooks/Timeplanner Calendars, a member of Polyconcept North America, the second-largest supplier of hard goods within the promotional products industry, today announced the promotion of Tim O’Boyle to the position of president. Since 2010, O’Boyle has served in the role of general manager of the company.

During his 22 years’ tenure with JournalBooks, O’Boyle has been a key driver in the growth and success of JournalBooks, originally founded by his father, Jerome O’Boyle. With this promotion, the transition of leadership at JournalBooks is now complete, with O’Boyle assuming full responsibility for the JournalBooks division within Polyconcept North America. Already, O’Boyle has been a key participant in the senior leadership team of Polyconcept North America, contributing the evolution of PCNA as a whole as well as to the introduction of the PCNA’s integrated sales force model.

Jamie Raynor, who was promoted to director of sales and operations last year, will begin to take on additional responsibilities previously handled by O’Boyle, as he transitions into his new role focused on growth and expansion. Raynor has been a member of the JournalBooks team for more than 13 years, and her experience and passion for the business are at the heart of the company’s success.
