Titan Custom Products, Dallas, announced that it has acquired VisionUSA, Rahway, N.J. VisionUSA will relocate its manufacturing and sales business to the Titan Custom Products facility in Texas.
VisionUSA’s Michael Fishman and Mark Weissman will guide the transition and join Titan Custom Products.
“My partner Mark Weissman and I were looking to slow things down a bit after nearly 40 years in the industry,” Fishman said in a press release. “We have had a long, positive relationship with Felix Soliz, [president] at Titan, and know he and his organization will continue to provide award wining decorating and service to distributors nationwide.”
“Both Michael and myself will continue to be active, involved and supportive of Felix and his team,” Weissman said.
For his part, Soliz will guide the transition process along with Weissman and Fishman, and will add additional staff from VisionUSA to the Titan team.
“This is such a natural fit for us,” Soliz said. “The drinkware category is our passion, and a space we have been in and had much success with. Michael and Mark will be there to assist through the transition, as their experience and knowledge is invaluable.”
